My 1989 Mustang 5.0 is my baby, and it bothered me to no end that the ashtray door did not close... This was my Mustang, and that just was NOT acceptable. I've spent lots of cash on this car and I'll tell you that not all of it was a good investment. The 1987-93 ashtray door fix is big bang for the bucks. You have no idea how much that broken door bothered me. I tried every thing but gluing it shut. I found the kit was of good quality, clear instructions, and most importantly, IT WORKED! ....
